Due to excessive demand over the Christmas period,there is a

• Minimum of a 4 day charge for any booking made between the 20th December and the 10th January.
• This means that if you want to board your pet for less than 4 days during this time you will be charged for 4 days.
• Please note Pensioner and additional discounts are not applicable during this time.

We require a

• $10.00 non-refundable booking fee before we process your booking.
• A non-refundable deposit of 30%

To avoid disappointment, please make your Christmas booking early. We are fully booked generally by the end of November.

We do have additional conditions for boarding over Christmas/New Year, these will be emailed to you once we have received your booking.

All school holiday bookings require a

• Non-refundable Deposit of 30%
• 2 day minimum stay

You are charged for the days booked, if you pick up early there is no refund

We have eftpos facilities and accept cash

Deposits can be paid

• At the office
• Over the phone
• via direct bank deposit

All accounts must be paid in full at check out.

We have the right to refuse to check out your pet until payment is made in full.

We do not accept personal cheque's.

Bank cheque's and Money orders are not accepted unless by prior arrangement
